Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Developer to support the development, configuration, testing, and quality assurance of AI Agent products. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and documentation skills, exposure to ServiceNow/platform configuration, and experience with AI-enabled delivery and testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and enhance AI Agent products.
• Contribute to Technical Design Agents, Configuration (Config) Agents, and AI Testing/Quality Agents.
• 
  Refine agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
• Document technical designs, configurations, testing results, issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support AI Cloud Architecture and development activities when required.

Required Skills

• Experience in AI Development / AI Agent Development.
• Strong AI testing and quality assurance experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, agent logic, and AI behavior refinement.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts.
• Experience with peer reviews, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Cloud Architecture and Development.
• ServiceNow development/configuration experience.
• Experience working in pilot/proof-of-concept AI initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise AI/GenAI platforms and AI Agent products.
