Job Description
- As a Voice Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions in an international voice process at Infopark, Kochi. With 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism. Your excellent communication skills in English will be vital in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing inbound and outbound customer calls, offering clear and professional support, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets and adapt to working night shifts effectively. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in this role.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory. Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. You should be willing to work night shifts and adjust to changing schedules as needed.
This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with night shifts and US shifts.
