Motion Graphics Editor & Producer

Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and versatile Motion Graphics Editor & Production team member to join our healthcare technology startup. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong motion design expertise and a track record of delivering engaging visual content. You will play a pivotal role in visualising complex medical and technical concepts through compelling motion graphics and video assets, while managing end-to-end production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate visually engaging explainer videos, infographics, UI walkthroughs, and educational content using motion graphics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, stock assets, AI-generated audio & visuals, and animation layers into polished videos tailored for patient and healthcare professional audiences.
• Collaborate with content writers, and technology teams to interpret scripts, create storyboard-driven visuals, follow technical specifications, understand project goals and deliver high-quality videos.
• Apply brand-appropriate design and animation styles to maintain consistency across video assets.
  
• Convert high-level video concepts into script-ready formats when needed, supporting ideation and storyboarding phases.
• Generate and integrate AI-powered voiceovers and manage traditional voice and audio recordings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in motion design, AI-assisted editing, and animation.
• Lead and oversee videography and post-production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  Get Hired
  3-6 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation, ideally in educational, healthcare domains.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Solid grasp of design principles, animation timing, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with industry-standard production pipelines and ability to plan, organise and manage video production - for timely and error-free delivery
• Experience in directing or overseeing projects, audio recording sessions, and production logistics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience with AI tools for video/voice generation is a plus.
• A showreel/portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and video storytelling.
