Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, is for a Business Development Executive. The role involves generating new business leads, identifying opportunities, managing client accounts, and building partnerships to drive growth. Daily tasks include establishing and nurturing client relationships, conducting market analysis, strategizing business expansion initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue objectives. The candidate will play an integral role in shaping the organizations reach and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Relevant work experience in business development, sales, or a similar field
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

The selected candidates will support lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management while contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. The role offers practical exposure to business development and the EdTech ecosystem.

Compensation:

  • Stipend: ?15,000 per month
  • Variable Pay: Up to ?10,000
  • Post-Probation CTC: Up to ?8 LPA (based on performance)
