Roles & Responsibilities :

? Lead the product development team in the marketplace department, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

? Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and data analysts, to gather requirements and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

? Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify new market opportunities and improve existing features.

? Develop and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.

? Manage the product development backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

? Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product development team.

? Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the product development team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their career goals.

? Collaborate with the QA team to define testing strategies and ensure product quality and reliability.

? Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best prapractices in marketplace platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
