We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Accounts Receivable to join our team. As a team lead, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in collections and commercial negotiations, strong analytical skills.
We welcome female candidates with relevant experience, particularly those with experience in Big 4s.
Roles Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve cash flow by optimizing collection processes.
  
• Analyze aging reports and conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to resolve customer disputes and address billing discrepancies promptly.
• Negotiate payment terms with delinquent customers while maintaining positive relationships and minimizing bad debt losses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit and collections activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis. Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive process improvements.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
• Knowledge of TALLY ERP, Advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage.
