We Are Hiring – Content Head (SEO + AI Search Growth)

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Content Head who can scale our organic visibility across both GOOGLE Search and AI/LLM-driven discovery platforms for our Insights & Blogs ecosystem.

We are looking for a content growth leader who can build topical authority, dominate organic search visibility, and turn content into a scalable acquisition channel.

Required Domain Experience:

IT Services / SaaS / Technology Content Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute content growth strategy for organic traffic acquisition

• Plan TOFU, MOFU & BOFU content aligned with buyer journey and search intent

• Identify traffic-driving topics, keyword gaps, and ranking opportunities

• Build topical authority through content clusters and interlinking

• Optimize content for both SEO and AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)

• Apply Google EEAT principles across every content asset

• Ensure every blog is optimized to rank, drive engagement, and generate business value

• Own KPIs related to rankings, traffic growth, engagement & lead generation

• Conduct A/B testing on headlines, structures, CTAs, and formats

• Plan complete content calendars and manage writers independently

• Analyze competitors and identify ranking/content gaps

• Collaborate on technical SEO, schema, indexing & content optimization initiatives

Must Have Expertise In:

SEO Content Strategy, Topical Authority, Internal Linking, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Semantic SEO, Search Intent Mapping, Google EEAT, and AI-assisted content workflows.

Tools Knowledge:

Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, AI content/research tools, etc.
