Job Description
- As a Content Creator at our renewable energy company based in Vidyavihar West, Mumbai, you will play a key role in producing engaging and informative content across various digital and physical platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create content that effectively communicates our mission, educates our audience, and promotes our clean energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, exceptional writing skills, and a deep understanding of crafting content that resonates with environmentally conscious individuals.
Your duties will include developing and implementing compelling content strategies for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, and printed materials like brochures and flyers. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing digital assets such as social graphics, infographics, slide decks, reports, and trade show materials. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure that complex energy concepts are translated into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences.
To excel in this role, you should optimize content for SEO, user engagement, and brand consistency. Staying informed about industry trends in renewable energy, sustainability, and clean technology will also be crucial for creating relevant and timely content. Managing content calendars, meeting deadlines for planned campaigns, and fulfilling ad-hoc requests will be part of your regular responsibilities.
The qualifications we are looking for include at least 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications. You should have strong writing and editing skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of past written and visual content. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, basic knowledge of content strategy and branding, and familiarity with content management systems and social media tools are also required. An understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools, along with a passion for renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental issues, is highly desirable.
Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Video editing skills and experience in the renewable energy or environmental sector would be advantageous, as well as photography or illustration skills.
