Additionally, managing content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and ad copies will be crucial in enhancing customer experience and engagement.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop growth strategies, optimize user experience, and suggest improvements for the company's website and app will be essential. You will also be expected to evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership for their adoption, and collaborate with vendor partners to drive innovation in digital marketing.
Your role will involve implementing a new digital communications strategy using email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to increase user lifetime value. Furthermore, you will be responsible for devising strategies to boost online traffic and revenue for the organization's website and app by collecting and evaluating customer feedback data, analyzing competitor strategies, and conducting market research and surveys.
In the realm of business development planning and client retention, you will focus on acquiring new clients for digital marketing services, media spend, and brand building. Nurturing existing client relationships through a consultative selling approach to identify further business opportunities will also be part of your role. You will need to leverage your network, use various channels for lead generation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver services to clients within specified timeframes.
Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs will be crucial for both internal and client-facing activities. Additionally, your role will involve presenting new solutions and services to existing clients to drive growth and retention.
