Senior Project Manager - Airfield Projects UAE

AERTEC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Airfield Projects.

The selected candidate will manage a multidisciplinary technical team and ensure that all design, coordination, and delivery activities meet the highest international standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all survey, design, and technical management activities across civil, AGL, fuel hydrant, drainage, utilities, electrical, and ICT disciplines.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Conduct design progress meetings, stakeholder workshops, and Value Engineering sessions.
• Manage project reporting, risk registers, and phasing plans.
• Oversee compliance with ICAO Annex 14, GCAA CAR Part IX, FAA ACs, UAE regulations, etc
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between AERTEC, client, and stakeholders

Job Requirement:

• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in airside or airport infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification.
• Strong technical and managerial leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in team management, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prior experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
