Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for an Affiliate & Partnership Associate. Key responsibilities include managing and growing the affiliate and partnership network, identifying and onboarding new affiliates, and building strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data to optimize ROI, and collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with business objectives. The candidate will play a crucial role in negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
