Designation: Manager - Product Management
Office Location: Gurugram
Position Description: Will own and drive well prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights and customer ask
Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business reports and the impact of the products on key business metrics.
• Generate innovative ideas to grow market share through technological interventions, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Analyze market and competitive conditions. Identify new business opportunities and target market
• Own and drive well prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights and customer asks
• Actively listen and connect with customers (current and potential) and their needs on a direct basis frequently.
  
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product
• Build partnerships with internal and external senior stakeholders
• Plan project timelines and resources needed
  

Required Skills:

• An engineering degree. A postgraduate degree in engineering/ business domains is desirable
• Must have at least 2 years of product management experience
• Understanding database structures, MMP platforms like Appsflyer, Branch etc. is a key requirement
• Understanding of data tools and analytic tools like tableau or equivalent
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of SQL / creating queries
• Understanding online advertising is highly desirable
