Key Accountabilities:
Invoicing:
black small square Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
black small square Verify invoice details, such as pricing, terms, and purchase/insertion orders.
Customer Relations:
black small square Address customer inquiries, internal sales team inquiries, resolve payment related issues, and provide account statements as needed.
black small square Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms.
Data Entry:
black small square Enter financial data of the invoices raised into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
black small square Monitor and regularly update customer master data and ensure completeness.
Reconciliation:
black small square Assist with reconciling accounts receivable transactions to verify accuracy.
black small square Reconciling revenues not yet billed and monitor its ageing thereof.
black small square Investigate and resolve discrepancies and disputes with customers in the reconciliation process.
Documentation:
black small square Maintain proper documentation for all accounts receivable transactions as per Company's standard operating procedures.
black small square Assist in the filing and organization of financial records.
Compliance:
black small square Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and relevant accounting regulations.
black small square Assist with audits and reporting as required.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  

black small square Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce.

• Minimum Experience:
  

black small square 2 – 5 years experience in Accountancy / Finance C. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
black small square Hands on GST/VAT.
black small square Good Communication Skills. English is a must.
black small square Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
black small square Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.
black small square Strong and Financial acumen and good problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
black small square Basic understanding of accounting principles.
black small square Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
