We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Executive Officer (SEO) within our Dubai Office. This pivotal leadership role is essential to the firm's governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The SEO will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, supervision, and control of the financial services conducted by the Authorised Firm in the DIFC. As the primary point of accountability to the DFSA, the successful candidate will ensure robust governance, effective risk management, and full adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The appointed SEO shall:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management, supervision, and control of the Dubai Office's operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all activities, including any concurrent roles such as Director, Partner, or Senior Manager.
• Exercise due skill, care, and diligence in performing all SEO duties.
• Maintain proper standards of conduct in financial markets.
• Engage with the DFSA in an open, cooperative, and transparent manner, ensuring all relevant notifications and disclosures are made promptly.
• Ensure the business is organised, managed, and controlled effectively, with robust governance structures in place.
• Ensure full compliance with DIFC and DFSA legislation, including but not limited to the:
• DFSA General Rulebook
• Conduct of Business Rulebook
• Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing & Sanctions Rulebook
• Prudential Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Module (PIB) Rulebook
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the DIFC Branch as required.

Who We're Looking For:

An ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of the DIFC regulatory environment, and a proven track record in managing complex financial operations. The ability to lead with integrity, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of excellence will be key to success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Prior experience in managing regulated activities is highly desirable.
• Strong track record in governance, compliance, risk management, and operational oversight.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory obligations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
