Job Description
- As a Senior Software Engineer at AGF Tecnik India Pvt Ltd, your role involves developing software solutions to meet information needs, work processes, and system flow. Your responsibilities include studying user requirements, evaluating operational feasibility, documenting solutions through flowcharts and diagrams, preparing system specifications, and installing solutions. You will also be expected to enhance operations by analyzing systems and recommending policy changes, while keeping information confidential and providing information on development and service issues. Additionally, you will be updating your job knowledge by staying abreast of the latest development tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions based on user requirements and system flow
- Evaluate operational feasibility and propose solutions
- Document solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code
- Prepare system specifications and standards for solution installation
- Analyze systems and recommend policy changes to improve operations
- Stay updated on state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques
- Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality of information
- Provide information on development and service issues
- Achieve engineering and organizational goals as required
- Support and mentor software engineers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities
