About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at SearchMinds Private Limited. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment processes, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and office administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and workplace operations, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, develop HR expertise, and support the growth of our company through effective HR management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, and HR operations is required. Basic understanding of payroll processes, HR compliance, and employee management is essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation tools is also necessary to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain essential HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support attendance management, leave tracking, HR reporting, and documentation to maintain organized employee records.
  • Assist with payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave records, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing basic employee queries related to payroll.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, helping ensure organizational compliance and adherence to internal guidelines.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support day-to-day office administration tasks, including coordination of office supplies, vendor management, and basic facility management duties.
  • Maintain comprehensive administrative records and documentation related to HR and office operations, ensuring easy access and proper filing systems.
