Working Schedule: Night shift to match US time zones

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with experience in recruiting IT, Finance, Engineering and other roles in the US Market. This role will involve identifying best candidates, and building relationships with them, and helping clients find the right talent to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for diversity of positions such as IT, Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing, from sourcing and screening candidates to submitting top candidates daily and following up with them.
• Headhunt and build strong relationships with candidates, understanding clients unique needs and helping them sourcing for the right candidates.
• Identify and proactively recruit legal professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, active and passive sourcing, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter preferably for a Staffing Company.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place talent at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with professional candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Recruitment in the USA is a MUST.

  Get Hired
  2+ years of experiencie working recruitment for the USA.
• Experienced sourcing and headhunting candidates, building pipeline
• Ability to switch gears easily and submit candidates on a daily basis.
• Experienced working US schedules, able to work night shift.
