STEM Recruiter

Night shift

Overview:

AgileOne is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter who thrives in both independent and team environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment processfrom sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating placements and ensuring a seamless match between STEM professionals and our clients. Our ideal candidate embraces a hands-on approach, is passionate about recruiting top talent, and is eager to contribute fresh strategies that elevate candidate satisfaction and placement success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Pipeline Management:
  • Qualify, acquire, service, maintain, and expand our STEM recruitment community.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of job seekers (temporary, temp-to-full-time, full-time, and gig workers).
  • Actively campaign to target both passive and active candidates in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Collaboration & Partnership:
  • Develop solid partnerships with Talent Agents to craft effective recruitment, sales, and placement strategies.
  • Negotiate compensation packages, match qualified STEM professionals to client requirements, and supervise placements.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely data entry in CRM regarding recruitment and order fulfillment.
  • Manage collections, maintain attendance records, and comply with all reporting requirements and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and/or sales is a plus.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and excel in a goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with recruitment platforms and data management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and retain a high-performing team while developing new client relationships via telephone and other channels.
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and performance.
