Playwright Developer- Contract To HIRE

• Develop, maintain, and scale automation test suites using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript/Python/Java based on project).
  
• Build custom frameworks, utilities, and reusable components for automation.
  
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  
• Design and implement E2E, functional, regression, API automated tests.
  
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  
• Perform code reviews, maintain code quality, and follow best practices.
  
• Debug failures, analyze logs, capture screenshots/video recordings for test reports.
  

• Optimize scripts for speed, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retros).
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright (mandatory).
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred) or Python / Java.
  
• Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch.
