Job Description
Accountabilities:-
- Supporting the evaluation of various M&A and strategic initiatives
- Supporting the divestment and monetization of assets
- Supporting the evaluation of such strategic initiatives from Financial, Taxation, Company Law and Accounting point of view.
- Handling overall project implementation, performance tracking and troubleshooting
- Provide support in handling various actions required during Corporate restructuring and vendor negotiations for infrastructure services
- Handling various other Ad-hoc projects/initiatives
Skills:-
- In-depth Knowledge of Financial Modeling
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Excellent project management skills also capable of independently handling the projects assigned
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Influencing skills, ability to connect with stakeholders across functions and verticals
- Good business and commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.

Qualification:-
- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 5-7 Years of experience.
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
