Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager / Assistant Finance & Accounts Manager (CA Compulsory) located in Thrissur. Title will be decided after the interview process. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, overseeing accounts and financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial planning, auditing, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The individual will work closely with the senior management team to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is compulsory. Please only apply if you are a
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Key Requirements:
Standardize accounting workflows, reporting structures, and month-end processes across all entities.
Prepare and Deliver consolidated monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports on schedule.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, filings, audits, and regulatory updates.
Provide strategic advisory on capital allocation, cost control, and growth planning.
Build, train, and oversee finance teams for each business entity.
Manage export documentation, forex compliance, and cross-border transactions.
Integrate financial systems with e-commerce platforms, gateways, and vendor payouts.
Liaise with banks and institutions for credit, loans, and expansion financing.
Support fundraising through pitch decks, valuations, and investor discussions.
Drive audit readiness, financial discipline, and investor confidence across the group.
