Business Strategy Manager

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the business strategy team, driving strategic initiatives for Agoda's growth and market expansion in India.

What you will do: Conduct market analysis, develop business plans, and work cross-functionally to implement strategic recommendations, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop detailed business plans and strategies for market expansion.
• Collaborate with various departments (marketing, sales, product) to implement strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments as needed.
• 
  Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
