Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be joining the Performance Marketing Team at Agoda, a world leader in online marketing, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The team is highly data-driven and focused on developing marketing programs to enhance the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing channels. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with experts from diverse backgrounds and learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on various search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, etc.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others
- Analyze data from experiments, develop optimization models, and create dashboards for account managers
Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative subject from a top university (computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or science)
- Strong English communication skills
- Solid business acumen
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau

- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Ability to work independently on daily analytics tasks and provide business recommendations
