Market Entry Strategy Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead the strategic planning for market entry into new regions for Agoda, identifying opportunities and developing market penetration strategies.

What you will do: Conduct market research and analysis, develop business plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch in new markets.

Key responsibility:

• Developing detailed business plans including market sizing, go-to-market strategies, and financial projections.
• Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Leading cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of market entry initiatives.

• Creating reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Proven experience in market entry strategy, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
