VP, Private Equity - Portfolio Strategy

What role you will play in team: Lead the development and execution of portfolio company strategies, driving growth and maximizing returns.

What you will do: Work directly with portfolio company CEOs and management teams, providing strategic guidance and operational support.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio companies.
• Provide operational and financial guidance to portfolio company management teams.
• Oversee and monitor portfolio company performance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for value creation and growth.
  
• Lead due diligence efforts on new investment opportunities.
• Work with the investment team to identify and assess new investment opportunities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years of experience in private equity or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing portfolio companies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
