- Role Overview:
As a Business Technology Partner, you will collaborate with business functions to ensure effective utilization of technology to achieve business objectives with a digital-first mindset. Your role will involve working closely with global functional teams and other Digital/IT verticals to strategize, plan, and implement IT/digital initiatives within the specified function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess wide knowledge of the IT domain, coupled with a deep understanding of functional and adjacent processes
- Influence functional teams in technology decisions and promote a technology-driven mindset to address business needs
- Prioritize and manage all IT initiatives within the functional domain while collaborating with internal Digital/IT and PMO teams
- Manage a team of 4-6 IT business partners dedicated to the functional domain
- Engage in global business partnering for a specific function
- Maintain external relationships with technology/product vendors following standard guidelines
