Job Description

Department:Sales / Business Development Operations

Reporting To:Operation Manager / GM Operations

Salary:30,000 ?35,000 per month

Location:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type:Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for aSales Coordinator (Backend)to join our Sales Operations team in Lucknow.

The role involves managing backend sales processes, coordinating between departments, vendors, and customers, and ensuring seamless execution in documentation, procurement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with government departments and coordinate with vendors for procurement and compliance.
  • Support sales targets through backend operations quotations, order processing, dispatch coordination, and pricing updates.
  • Manage documentation, approvals, customer files, and government subsidy records.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and payment workflows while negotiating with vendors.
  • Maintain CRM databases and generate regular reports for sales and inventory.
  • Assist internal teams with communication, coordination, and office support.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of sales coordination and relationship management.
  • Proficiency inMS OfficeandGoogle Suite.
  • Excellentanalytical, negotiation, and organizationalskills.
  • Ability tomultitaskand work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate / Postgraduate inBusiness Administration, Agriculture, or Engineering(preferred).

  • 36 yearsof experience in backend sales coordination ideally inAgriTech,Agriculture, or related sectors.

  • Accuracy and timeliness in documentation and reporting.
  • Efficient procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Up-to-date inventory management.
  • Achievement of sales targets and customer/vendor satisfaction.
