Designation- Financial Consolidation manager

Place of posting- Kolkata

Qualification- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a finance manager or financial controller in addition to leading a team is an advantage

• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment

• Experience in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) reporting.

• Has the ability to use own initiative to identify any problems and deliver solutions, with a high level of attention

• Role may require travelling

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Role is responsible for working along with the group financial consolidation and reporting team to provide all support in group consolidation and financial reporting on a periodic basis. This will also include handling / interacting directly with External auditors/ Consultants & other authorities for supporting their processes and addressing their queries. The Role will provide a great understanding of IFRS accounting standards as well as consolidation reporting for multi-billion-dollar organization.

• Prepare Audit schedules Both Balance sheet and PNL schedules.

• Audit planning

• Tax planning and relevant reporting

• Be a part of the financial consolidation team and work on consolidated PNL reporting

• Inter co reconciliation

• Work along with Share service team to ensure full support to the team with an aim to get all data entry and reporting done via them.

• Inter Co elimination.

• Management Vs Financial PNL Reconciliation.

• ERP implementation support.

• Party Balance Confirmation on periodic basis

• Prepare various survey reports requested by various departments

• CBCR reporting

• Transfer pricing reporting and tracking
