Job Title: Head Sales (Industrial Sales)

CTC: 40 50 LPA
Location: Gurgaon / Pan India
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head Sales to lead Pan India Industrial Sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The role requires strong leadership experience in managing large sales teams, dealer & distributor networks, and developing new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive Pan India Industrial Sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial products to increase market penetration.
- Manage and mentor regional sales teams across India.
- Build, expand, and manage a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Drive revenue generation and business growth through B2B industrial sales channels.
- Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities for expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key industrial clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and supply chain to achieve business goals.
- 20+ years of experience in Industrial Sales.
- Proven experience in handling Pan India Sales teams.
- Strong experience in Dealer & Distributor management.
- Candidates from Hand Tools / Power Tools / Industrial Tools industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Aftermarket Sales will also be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
