Working with our Customers

As a Major Account Executive, you will be developing the assigned territory and acquiring new customers. You will be maximizing new bookings, logos via a combination of assigned target list & business development.

As a Major Account Executive New Accounts, you will be responsible for:

• Building & executing territory plans. Developing ecosystem of partners, consultants and influencers
• Articulating Akamais value proposition to C-Level executives and corporate decision makers
• Developing a strategic sales plan to create/manage a high-volume sales pipeline through successful execution
• Working with integrated account teams to develop the assigned territory and build awareness about Akamais offerings.
• Managing contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technologies

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree.
• Have relevant industry connects with customers, partners and consultants.
• Have been successful in consultative selling cloud-based offerings in enterprise including FSI, Hi-tech & Large enterprises
• Possess understanding of the basic concepts of Web Security, Enterprise security, SASE & leading Cloud Service Providers.
• Show high ethics, integrity, and personal willpower
