Investment Banking Analyst - Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You’ll support senior bankers in advising clients on various capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings and other financings.

What you will do: You will assist in preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, and supporting the transaction execution process.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial modeling and valuation for capital market transactions.
• Preparing marketing materials and investor presentations.
• Supporting due diligence activities for IPOs and other offerings.
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction documents.
• 
  Coordinating with legal, accounting and other teams on transaction execution.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of capital markets and securities regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
