Investment Banking Analyst - Syndicated Loans

What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to our Syndicated Loans team, supporting senior bankers on loan structuring and syndication.

What you will do: Analyze creditworthiness of borrowers, prepare loan documentation, and manage client relationships.

Key responsibility:

• Credit analysis and risk assessment of potential borrowers.
• Preparing loan documentation, including term sheets and credit agreements.
• Managing relationships with borrowers and lenders.
• Coordinating loan syndication and closing processes.
  
• Developing and maintaining financial models for loan transactions.
• Conducting industry and market research.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
