Artificial Intelligence Specialist
Location: Bengaluru, India (Full-time)

Were seeking an AI Engineer to help scale our solution ecosystem and governance infrastructure across industries that demand trust.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development: Build ethical AI solutions capable of reasoning and acting within institutional governance frameworks.
Data & Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data pipelines and ML systems.
Model Optimization: Fine-tune LLMs and reinforcement learning models to enhance performance, safety, and alignment.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Work across product, compliance, blockchain, and platform teams to launch enterprise-ready AI features.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML model development (NLP, multi-agent, RL preferred).
Tech Stack: Strong Python skills with PyTorch/TensorFlow; bonus: Hugging Face, LangChain.
Cloud & Scale: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and scalable, modular architectures.
Mindset: Passion for ethical AI, familiarity with alignment, interpretability, and privacy tech (e.g., differential privacy, federated learning).
Team Fit: Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
