Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Intern to join our core tech team. Youll work closely with AI researchers, product engineers, and domain experts to build, evaluate, and deploy explainable, privacy-preserving AI agents for mission-critical financial applications.

* Assist in training and fine-tuning LLMs (including open-source models like Mistral, Falcon, and LLaMA).

* Support development of vernacular NLP pipelines using tools like Hugging Face, spaCy, and LangChain.

* Work on federated learning, model fingerprinting, and compliance-aware training workflows.

* Run benchmarks, ablation studies, and contribute to improving model robustness and fairness.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to support integration of models into real-world banking/fintech use cases.

Preferred Skills

* Strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.

* Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and popular ML libraries (Hugging Face, scikit-learn, etc.).

* Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and agent frameworks is a strong plus.

* Knowledge of data privacy, model explainability (SHAP, LIME), or MLOps is desirable.

* Bonus: familiarity with vernacular language datasets or BFSI use cases.
