Description

1. Financial reporting
Prepare management accounts with detailed variance analysis
Ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

2. MIS & management reporting
Design and maintain MIS dashboards and financial reports
Provide monthly performance reports to management
Improve reporting automation and data accuracy

3. Budgeting & forecasting
Lead annual budgeting process
Monitor budget performance and highlight deviations

5. Internal controls & compliance
Strengthen internal financial controls
Review financial procedures and improve efficiencies

6. Team management
Supervise accountants and finance staff
Review journal entries and reconciliations

Requirements

Qualifications & experience
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CA, CMA)
6–8 years of finance experience
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge
Experienced in design and implementation of internal controls
Strong analytical and leadership skills
