Job Description
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python 3.7 and Django 2 (or Django 3). It is important to be familiar with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries and be able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. Your role will involve integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic in Django, particularly focusing on RESTful APIs.
A basic understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is required. You should also possess knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Understanding the differences between various delivery platforms (e.g., mobile vs desktop) and optimizing output accordingly is essential. You will be responsible for creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Strong unit testing and debugging skills are necessary for this role. Proficiency in using code versioning tools such as Git is expected. Desirable skills include experience with Django Channels, Web Sockets, and Asyncio, as well as working knowledge of AWS or similar Cloud services. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is also advantageous. An understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications, including caching and Redis, would be beneficial.
