The goal is to create a smartphone-based imaging device for screening cancerous tissue samples to develop an automated algorithm for detecting brightness, sharpness, and contrast from the acquired images and finding the best image using Python and MATLAB.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

• Smartphone-based imaging device for screening cancerous tissue samples.
• Develop an automated algorithm for detecting brightness, sharpness, and contrast from the acquired images and finding the best image.
• Understanding applications of Python or Matlab programming for image processing.
• Use of digital processing to improve the image quality taken by any microscopy system.
• Various parameters such as brightness, sharpness, contrast, etc. of the image will be calculated.
