Accessibility is an essential and Integral component of design of Built environment often not ignored for varied reasons. In recent times, there is a growing interest in understanding and examining the nature of the relationship between Accessibility and Built environment. This understanding is crucial in crafting designs that cater to both individuals and communities at large. Due to ever increasing awareness, many government proposals include this aspect as part of designing for communities and public infrastructure. As part of this project, the student is expected to conduct surveys and generate data regarding a variety of concerns faced by stakeholders. Analyze the collected data to understand the importance and concerns of Accessibility within our built environment and public realm. By comprehending the involved issues, the project aims to formulate guidelines and methodologies to effectively address the identified concerns.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

• Understanding Accessibility concerns in Built environment
• Conducting surveys and Generating data regarding stakeholders problems and concerns
• Analysis of the generated data to understand accesibility and its importance within built environment and public realm
• Conceptualize methodology to address Accessibility concerns in Built environment
• Formulate guidelines and methodologies to effectively address the identified concerns from the surveys undertaken
