Job Description
- The job requires you to work as a Lead Qualification Specialist in an Outbound Calling Process, which involves making outbound calls daily using provided data. Your primary responsibilities will include capturing additional information from customers, screening their interest in the company's products, and informing potential clients about the company's products and services. In addition, you will be reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy, verifying prospective leads" data provided by the marketing department, and working closely with the Sales Team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for allocating leads to Counsellors.
The Shift Timings for this position are from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm or 9:30 pm to 6:30 am. The Salary offered is 35K CTC Plus Incentives.
