Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Business Head- Edtech Sales at our Delhi office. The Business Head will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Edtech segment. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, establishing partnerships with educational institutions, designing sales processes, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, devising strategies to penetrate new markets, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to expand the business and foster sustainable growth.
Qualifications- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Edtech/ Education sales
- Sales Leadership: Expertise in leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, and exceeding revenue goals in the Edtech domain.
- Business Development: Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation, and building strategic partnerships to expand business reach.
- Team Management: Proven ability to mentor, train, and manage high-performing teams effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in creating long-term plans, identifying new opportunities, and aligning sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Experience in Edtech: Industry experience related to education technology and partnerships with educational institutions is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Results-Driven: Strong track record of delivering measurable results and achieving business targets in a leadership role.
