Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive in EdTech sales at Aimlay in Delhi, India. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Business Development. The north star metric for the role will be revenue. You will be responsible for conversion from the entire inbound sales pipeline
Key responsibilities:

Capturing additional information from the customer.
screening the customer for their interest in the companys product
To inform the potential clients of the companys products and services
Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy
Verifying your prospective leads data, provided by the marketing department to work closely with the Sales Team
Allocate the Leads to Counsellors
Follow-up on initial contacts.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.

Counselling
Interact with customers and make follow-up calls in order to collect the amounts due and Upselling.
Building and maintaining a relationship with the existing clients.
Engage, Retain and Upsell existing customer accounts by delivering great customer experiences.
Call existing customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs and create a customer supplier relationship.
Timely payment & collections from the customers
Interaction with customers Emails & over the phone.
Process payments and refunds
Increasing the companys sales by upselling its services.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts

Updating the existing customers on the ongoing projects.
Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.
