We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals early in their careers who are looking to gain experience in sales, client relationship management, and market development. The successful candidate will assist in identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and supporting customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, networking and relevant inbound lead channels.
- Support the creation and execution of outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or similarAssist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new markets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales reports
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
- Collaborate on personal and brand account content for outreach and visibility.
- Participate in client communications and follow-ups where required.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Internship experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
