Job Description
What role you will play in team: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce planning needs and develop HR strategies to support business objectives.
What you will do: Partner with various departments to provide HR expertise on topics such as talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Key responsibility:
- Consult with business leaders to understand their workforce planning needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
- Provide HR expertise on topics such as talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct training programs for employees on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention and performance management.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
