HR Business Partner

What role you will play in team: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce planning needs and develop HR strategies to support business objectives.

What you will do: Partner with various departments to provide HR expertise on topics such as talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Key responsibility:

• Consult with business leaders to understand their workforce planning needs and develop strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide HR expertise on topics such as talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Conduct training programs for employees on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention and performance management.

• Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar role
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
