Job Description
Objectives:
The HR Partner owns the entire employee lifecycle for the designated cohort of employee. She is responsible for ensuring gold standard execution of people processes and a consistently exceptional employee experience. She stays attuned to the organisation's pulse and drives engagement and alignment of the employee cohort with the Business Agenda. She is the promise keeper of the Employee Value Proposition.
Major Deliverables:
AIX is looking for HR Partners, who own the entire employee life cycle and deliver an exceptional employee experience by continuously sensing and responding to the pulse of the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit in a seamless and consistent manner
- Senses and responds to the pulse of the organisation on a real time basis (Be the eyes and ears of the organisation)
- Implements listening mechanisms and leverages feedback to create continuous improvement loops that enhance the overall Employee Experience.
- Gold Standard People Process Execution (HR process interventions in Performance, Rewards and Recognition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Engagement initiatives).
- Handle employee grievances, foster strong employee connect, and ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols.
- Resolves Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations COE.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to deliver seamless, best-in-class people solutions
- Executes people strategies relevant to the cohort of employees (e.g. execute strategies on Performance enablement, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Succession Planning etc.)
- Build Hypotheses and leverage data and insights to guide decisions, track impact, and drive continuous improvement
