Job Summary


Responsible for leading a team managing hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and air ticketing for flight and cabin crew. Ensures timely, cost-effective, compliant, and disruption-free crew travel operations in a 247 airline environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team handling crew hotel bookings, transport, and ticketing.
  • Ensure timely arrangements for scheduled, disrupted, and ad-hoc operations.
  • Coordinate with IOCC/ROCC, Crew Scheduling, Airport Operations, and vendors.
  • Manage escalations related to overbookings, delays, cancellations, and irregular operations.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and contract compliance.
  • Support rate negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Control costs, avoid revenue leakage, and prepare MIS and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with crew welfare, safety standards, company policies, and DGCA norms.
  • Provide operational coverage during shifts, odd hours, disruptions, and emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Aviation/Travel/Hospitality preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in airline crew travel, aviation operations, or hospitality.

  • Experience managing teams in a 24X7 operational environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel contracts, GDS/booking tools, and crew operations.
