Job Description
Position Summary-
The role focuses on supporting and implementing the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring consistent execution of performance processes, and monitoring employee performance trends throughout the year. It involves close collaboration with Talent Management to integrate performance insights into development strategies, coordinating mid-year and year-end reviews, and driving quality assurance and process improvements. The position also contributes to performance-related training initiatives and requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Candidates should have 23 years of relevant experience and hold an MBA/PGDM from a premium B-School, with a proven ability to manage appraisal cycles and enhance performance management practices.
Objective-
Supporting and implementing the Performance Management System (PMS), monitoring employee performance trends, collaborating with Talent Management, and driving continuous improvements across performance-related processes.
Major Deliverables-
Performance Management System (PMS) Support & Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the PMS across the organization.
- Ensure consistent execution of performance processes and timelines throughout the year.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and monitor the performance trajectory of consultants and employees year-round.
- Proactively identify performance concerns and recommend corrective or developmental actions.
Collaboration with Talent Management:
- Partner closely with Talent Managers to track and analyze employee performance.
- Drive the integration of performance insights into talent development strategies.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
- Lead performance quality assurance reviews and suggest improvements.
- Oversee and drive initiatives for process enhancement and operational excellence in performance management.
Performance Review Coordination:
- Prepare and coordinate mid-year and year-end performance review cycles.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely feedback, and effective review practices.
Training & Development Projects:
- Contribute to performance-related training initiatives in collaboration with Learning & Development teams.
- Ensure training interventions are aligned with identified performance needs.

- Hands On experience in running appraisal cycle in PMS
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications-

3+ Years of relevant experience in Performance Management System, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
