Air India - Associate Manager - Revenue Insights

A. Job Purpose:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis on Inventory, Pricing, Engineering, Codeshare etc. airlines related data to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and recommend strategies to optimize revenue generation, cost efficiencies, and overall financial performance.
B. Key Accountabilities:

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track revenue performance and key metrics.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support revenue growth initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of revenue initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure that revenue targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive revenue growth.
- Use mathematical and analytical methods to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
