Our precision advertising platform targets specific demographics in Third Places, optimizing engagement with a data-driven, aesthetically captivating ecosystem.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager will spearhead growth initiatives, focusing on lead generation, client acquisitions, and developing long-term partnerships with venues and brands. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client objectives with company capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Conducting on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.

     Leading, mentoring, and guiding marketing team members while collaborating with sales, product, and creative departments
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to formulate strategic business solutions and analyze market trends
  • Experience in achieving sales targets and working collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with Ad-Tech, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), or advertising industries is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
