INTERNSHIP 2026 Intern- Data Analysis

Airbus is looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Intern- Data Analysis to join our A/C and Electrical system team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world business application. You will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets. Your work will directly contribute to reports, dashboards, and analyses that help our company make smarter, faster decisions.

Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled : Intern-Data Analysis has just opened at Airbus Group Pvt Lts located in Bengaluru You will join the EPLM IIDPS department in charge of A/C and Electrical systems team.

Ideally, this is a 6 month internship and it should start in Jan 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Use SQL to query databases and extract data for analysis.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Support the analytics team with ad-hoc data requests from different departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations).

• Communicate your findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to analytical projects.

You are pursuing technical Under Graduate or post graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

SQL Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. You must be comfortable writing queries, including SELECT, FROM, WHERE, GROUP BY, and JOIN statements.

Gsheet mastery

Data Visualization: Experience with a data visualization tool like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

Programming Familiarity:

Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic statistical concepts (e.g., mean, median, mode, standard deviation, correlation).

Project Experience: Relevant coursework or personal projects that demonstrate your ability to analyze a dataset and present findings.

- Soft Skills :

Analytical Mindset: A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You can break down complex problems and are naturally curious.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to explain your findings and the so what behind the data.
