Job Description

As an SAP Sales Executive Fresher at AIRDIT Software Services Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in IT Sales by joining our dynamic Sales & Business Development team.

You will begin by undergoing structured training at our Lucknow office, where you will be equipped with knowledge about our product portfolio, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques. Upon completion of the training, you will transition to our Delhi base location to put your skills into practice.
Your key responsibilities will include participating in intensive sales and product training, gaining in-depth knowledge of IT products and SAP-based solutions, identifying and building relationships with potential clients in Delhi, assisting in client presentations and proposals, working towards achieving sales targets, providing market feedback to the management team, and engaging customers on-field as a sales representative.

To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business, or be a graduate in any discipline. Freshers or individuals with up to 12 years of experience in Sales/Business Development are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a basic understanding of IT/software products, good interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must be willing to relocate temporarily to Lucknow for training and travel across Delhi to meet clients on-field.
